Mega Water Plug

MEGA WATER PLUGG is a cementatious powder, chloride free, when mixed only with water, sets and hardens within few minutesFIELD OF APPLICATION •Fixing of bolts, cantilevers, flowing leaks, fixing on to concrete and block work for special quick repairing purposes •It is mainly used for quick water-proofing purposes under strong water leakage conditions ADVANTAGES Adheres to most porous materials such as concrete, bricks, rocks… etcPenetrates the pores of the materials by capillary action forming chemical and mechanical bond Reaches its high strength within few minutes and become water tight MEGA WATER PLUGG is chloride free and does not cause rusting of steel INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Clean thoroughly Wearing rubber gloves & goggles, take a hand full of the dry MEGA WATER PLUGG and mixed only with little water and possibly some sand, (no other binding materials as cement, lime or gypsum to be used)Press it well against the hole, the water will penetrate the mortar causing it to set immediately Press the mortar by hand, wait for 2-3 minutes The treated area should be brushed to remove any powder that did not set, if leakage still exists repeat from point (2) Once the leakage has stopped, the surface should be swept with a brush to remove loose particles Rub the surface immediately with MEGA WATER PLUGG by hand till it becomes completely dry.When there are more than one leakage point, it is advisable to work from top to bottom Wash up splashes immediately using much water N.B. : Mix MEGA WATER PLUGG only in small quantities which can be used within a maximum of 2 minutes After this time the setting starts and no additional water or further mixing is possible PACKAGE1 kg, 5 kg, 15 kg STORAGE6 months in sealed packs, under suitable storage conditions.TECHNICAL SERVICESFor any further information, on site assistance and trails , please contact our technical advisory services
