MEGA STUK is a cement base powder blended with a selected inert materials and additives which improve adhesion, handling and water repellence. FIELD OF APPLICATIONMEGA STUK is used for finishing and smoothing exposed concrete, precast elements, cement and lime rendering and as a repairing mortar for cracks and holes in walls and ceiling. ADVANTAGESReady mixed, easy to apply, bonds strongly with smooth concrete surfaces, weather resistant and excellent solution for finishing any cement surfaces.It also may be finished with any type of paint.DIRECTIONS OF USEThe surfaces may be dry or wet, but must be free from dust, oil, grease, paints coating etc.Mix thoroughly 2.5 parts MEGA STUK to1.0 part of water by volume.Apply MEGA STUK mortar from 1.0 to 5.0 mm by steel trowel in one operation.Cracks in existing render should be bridged with material such as glass fiber, Hair Cracks should be enlarged before filing with MEGA STUK to obtain better strength .RATE OF USE 1.20 kg powder per square meter for a layer of 1.0 mm thickness.SAFETY REGULATIONS When mixing .protect lungs by wearing suitable mask.
