MEGA RENDER MORTAR is a polymerized mortar, cement base, reinforced with alkali resistant fiber glass. FIELD OF APPLICATIONFilling in and repairing cracks between brick walls and other parts such as skeleton, timber or metal frames for doors, windows and balconies.Filling in and repairing cracks, voids, honey combing in concrete and all building elements.Repairing surfaces and edges of concrete columns, stairs, tanks, etc... ADVANTAGES MEGA RENDER MORTAR has high resistant mortar with low shrinkage properties. Has a high bonding property on various surfaces such as concrete, plaster, brick, metal, etc... Has high resistance to compressive, tensile, flexural, impact and abrasion stresses. Can be used for indoor or outdoors on dry or wet surfaces. Non toxic, easy application method.DIRECTION FOR USECracks should be widened to a V shape.Surfaces should be cleaned from loose materials, grease and laitance.Apply MEGA BOND SBR slurry which consists of the following: (A) Sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1 by weight (B) A mixture of MEGA BOND SBR and water in the ratio of 1:2 by weight Apply MEGA RENDER MORTAR after mixing with water usually 5 liter for each 25 kg of MEGA RENDER MORTAR.Fill the cracks and cure the finished surfaces with water, or with MEGA CURE.
