Mega Pox SF

MEGA POX SF is a two component, solvent free epoxy system for impregnation concrete structures.FIELD OF APPLICATIONColorless stabilizing impregnation and sealing material for cement based substrates subjected to chemical and mechanical stresses.To use as a primer on concrete for epoxy system.Impregnation preparation of extremely low viscosity, which penetrates deeply into the substrate.Aircraft hangars, Bridge structures, Industrial floors and Car parks.SURFACE PREPARATION The substrate must be sound, dry, clean and free from loose particles.In case of using MEGA POX SF as a priming coat for MEGA POX BB, very smooth surfaces should be mechanically roughened. MIXING AND APPLICATION Pour component (B) completely into component (A) and mixing both thoroughly until a fully homogeneous mixture is obtained.MEGA POX SF can be used by sprayer, roller or brush.Sufficient ventilation is recommended in closed rooms.Rate of consumption approx. 150-200 gr/m2/coat.PACKING 1 kg, 3.5 kg (two components).STORAGE 6 months in sealed packs, under suitable storage conditions.TECHNICAL SERVICES For further information, on-site assistance and trails, please contact our technical advisory services.
