Mega Pox Multi

MEGA POX MULTI two components solvent free epoxy.Mechanically, chemically and abrasion resistant.Can be applied on concrete and cementatious screeds.FIELD OF APPLICATIONPrimer for cementitious substrate.Top coat for anti-skid flooringSelf leveling mortar screed.Sealer for smooth surfaces.Chemical resistant flooring.Mechanical resistant mortar screed.SUBSTRATE PREPARATION AND MIXINGSubstrate should be dry, sound and clean.Humidity content should not exceed 4 %.The compressive strength for concrete should not be less than 250 kg/cm2.For smooth surfaces it is recommended to be roughened.Component A (resin) should be stirred before use. Pour component B (hardener) completely into component A and mix with suitable mixer for approx.5 minutes. In the case of epoxy mortars, add the preweighted filling material to premixed epoxy and mix for approx. 3 minutes. APPLICATION AND RATE OF CONSUMPTIONPrimer coat 200-300 gr/m2. Clean sand (0.3-0.8 mm size) can be scattered with a rate of 500-1000 gr/m2.Sealer coat 200-250 gr/m2 (Primer without scattering).Antiskid coat 300-400 gr/m2 (Primer with scattering).Self leveling mortar as per mixing chart (Primer with scattering). Mortar to be applied 1-3 mm thickness.Apply by trowel in the expected layer thickness, remove air with spiked roller.Epoxy screed as per mixing chart (Primer without scattering) Apply and compact with trowel. Water tight surfaces can be achieved by a coat of thixotropized MEGA POX MULTI and a top coat on the next day.All data at 25° C.
