Mega Pox Fill

MEGA FILL POX is three component epoxy grout with silica sand filler and special additives which give it excellent workability and good bonding properties with a variety of different background surfaces.It dries after installation by chemical reaction to the cured material, processes excellent resistance to mechanical and chemical stresses.It is suitable for floor and wall. FIELD Of APPLICATIONMEGA FILL POX is used wherever high resistance to chemical and acid aggression is required.Principal uses are to grout laboratories, industrial floors, swimming pools, sewage purification basins, acid Resistance flooring and walls in dairies, hospitals, shopping and sport centers, restaurants, kitchens, cafes, pubs, bakeries and bathrooms.HOW TO USEPreparing support surfacesSupport surfaces must be carefully cleaned of all foreign substance such as oil, cement or dust.They must be dry to ensure proper bonding by the product.Preparing the mixMix parts A and B in the prepared doses for 3 minutes then add part C (filler).Mix with a mechanical mixer until the product is thoroughly mixed.APPLICATIONApply MEGA FILL POX with a hard rubber trowel or a flexible metal trowel to the tile joints. Setting time depends on application temperature.Setting time is normally 40 minutes at 20 C.Surfaces will take foot traffic after about 15 hours.Trafficking may require several days at lower temperature.MEGA FILL POX is recommended to be applied at temperature from + 12 C to + 30 C.Clean small surfaces area with a damp sponge and large surfaces (floors) with a rotary felt brush.If there is a delay in cleaning and the product is already setting then uses water with 10 % alcohol.Cleaning is extremely difficult when the product has cured.Aggressive methods are required and these may risk damaging the surfaces of the tiles. INFORMATIONDo not use on expansion joints or joints subject to movement.Clean tiles before the products have set.Wait at least 1 or 2 weeks, depending on installation site temperature ,before using aggressive chemicals on MEGA FILL POX.Suitable for grouting joints from 1 – 15 mm width.SAFETY REGULATIONSAvoid contact with eyes and skin.Use gloves and goggles.Wash with abundant water in case of contact with skin.Keep out of the reach of children.PACKAGING Packing 6.5 kg.STORAGE 6 months in sealed packs, under suitable storage conditions.TECHNICAL SERVICESFor further information, on-site assistance and trails, please contact our technical advisory services
