MEGA POX ELASTIC is a multi purpose two component system based on polyurethane,it has a flexible and elastic properties complies with ASTM C 957. FIELD OF APPLICATIONExcellent protective coating for concrete surfaces against weathering conditions, chemicals and mechanical loads.High quality protective membrane for cooling rooms and refrigerators.Excellent crack over bridging for surfaces exposed to temperature changes.Elastic injection for structural and hair cracks.Joint sealant compound for floors with high mechanical loads.MEGA POX ELASTIC to be used for industrial plants, car parks, warehouses and workshop.SURFACE PREPARATION The substrate must be sound, dry, clean and free from loose particles.For very smooth surfaces it is recommended to be roughened mechanically. MIXING AND APPLICATIONPour component B completely into component A and mixing both thoroughly until a fully homogeneous mixture is obtained, mixing time approx. 5 minutes.MEGA POX ELASTIC can be used by sprayer, roller or brush.Apply 2 coats of MEGA POX ELASTIC at a rate of 300-400 grams /m2 per coat. PACKING 1 kg , 4 kg transp. (Two components).1 kg , 5 kg colored (two components).STORAGE 6 months in sealed packs, under suitable storage conditions.
