FIELD OF APPLICATIONTop coat for anti-skid flooring.Self leveling mortar screed.Sealer for porous surfaces.Chemical resistant flooring.Mechanical resistant mortar screed.SUBSTRATE PREPARATION AND MIXINGSubstrate should be dry, sound and clean.Humidity content should not exceed 4%The compressive strength should not be less than 250 kg/cm2For smooth surfaces it is recommended to be mechanically roughened.Component A (resin) should be stirred before use. Pour component B (hardener)Ccompletely into component A (base) and mix with suitable mixer for approx. 5 minutes.In the case of self leveling mortars add the preweighed filling material to premixedepoxy and mix for approx. 3 minutes.Substrate should be primed with MEGA POX SF at a rate of 200-300 gram/m2.Clean sand (0.3-0.8 mm size) can be scattered at a rate of 500-1000 g/m2.APPLICATION AND RATE OF CONSUMPTIONLight duty coating (up to 0.40 mm thickness) 400-500 gr/m2.Medium duty coating (up to 1.5-2.0 mm thickness) 1000-1500 gr/m2.Heavy duty coating (up to 2.0-30 mm thickness) 1500-2000 gr/m2.
