MEGA PLAST SUPER AF complies with ASTM C 494 type A and F.PRIMARY USES Super plasticizer for flowing concrete.High range water reducer.High workability with no retardation.High early and late strengthImproves quality, density and durability USES AND ADVANTAGESWhen of high workability is needed. When high early strength is required. Reduces concrete shrinkage.Minimizes concrete bleeding and segregation. When there is need to early remove of form works. DESCRIPTION AND ACTIONA naphthalene base admixture with very powerful, super plasticizing effect and without retardation.Early strength and high workability can be reached without increasing water - cement ratio. Because of the improvement in cement particles dispersion, better hydration takes place which Causes higher concrete strength.MEGA PLAST SUPER AF also accelerates the strength to enable early remolding.DIRECTION FOR USEMEGA PLAST SUPER AF should be added to concrete during the mixing water.Never add it to the dry mix.DOSAGETo achieve optimum result, trial should be carried out.Practical dosage of MEGA PLAST SUPER AF is 0.30-0.7% of cement weight.High doses can be reaching up to 2 % of cement weight to achieve maximum allowable reduction in water.COMPATIBILITYMEGA PLAST SUPER AF is compatible with all cement types including sulphate resisting cement.PACKAGE MEGA PLAST SUPER AF is available in 5 Kg, 20 Kg and 200 Kg drums.
