MEGA PLAST SUPER ABG is an admixture that complies with ASTM C 494 types A, B and G.PRIMARY USESSuper plasticizer for flowing concrete.ncreases concrete setting time for limited period according to the dosage.Reduces cement content.Increases early and final strength.Ideal admixture for hot climates.Improves the concrete properties like density and durability.USES AND ADVANTAGESIncreases early and late strength. In pre-cast concrete factories. Reduces cement content without reduction in concrete strength.Acting as a super plasticizer with lightly retarding effect. In the areas where heavy steel reinforcement are required. Reduces concrete shrinkage and minimize concrete bleeding. DISCRIPTION AND ACTIONA brown liquid ready to use admixture with very powerful super plasticizing effect with controlled retardation. Early strength and high workability can be reached without increasing water - cement ratio, because of the improvement of cement particles dispersion, better hydration takes please which causes higher concrete strength. DIRECTION OF USEMEGA PLAST SUPER ABG should be added to concrete during the mixing process, it also can be added to the mixing water.Never add it to dry mix. DOSAGETo achieve optimum result, trial should be carried out.Practical dosage of MEGA PLAST SUPER ABG, is 0.20 -0.35 % of cement weight.In case of higher dosage, controlled retardation will be happened.For higher concrete strength, higher dosage can be up to 2 % of cement weight to achieve maximum allowable reduction in water.COMPATIBILITYMEGA PLAST SUPER ABG is compatible with all cement types including sulphate resisting cement.PACKAGE MEGA PLAST SUPER ABG is available in 5kg, 20kg and 200kg drums.
