MEGA PLAST A, is a normal plasticizer complies with ASTM C 494 type A.PRIMARY USES Increases concrete workability. Reduces cement content. Increases early and late strength. Improves quality, density, durability. Ideal for casting in hot weather climate. USES AND ADVANTAGESIn pre-cast concrete factories.Reduces cement content without loss of concrete strength.In hot weather and extend workability.n the areas where heavy steel reinforcement are required.DESCRIPTION AND ACTIONPowerful plasticizer, brown liquid concrete admixture based on high quality lignosulphonates whichDisperses the cement particles within a concrete mix.It reduces water - cement ratio which leads to increase concrete strength.DIRECTION FOR USEMEGA PLAST A should be added to concrete during the mixing process, it also can be added to the mixing water.Never add it to the dry mix. DOSAGETo achieve optimum result, trial should be carried out.Practical dosage of MEGA PLAST A, is 0.15 - 0.35 % of cement weight.Over dose may cause retardation of initial set and increases of air entrainment.COMPATIBILITYMEGA PLAST A. is compatible with all type of Portland cement, including Sulphate resisting cement.PACKAGE MEGA PLAST A is available in 5Kg, 20 Kg and 200 Kg drums. STORAGE 12 months in sealed packs, under suitable storage conditions.Material to be stored in shaded places.
