DESCRIPTIONSelf leveling mortar quick setting and rapid dryingMEGA PLANO, is a ready mixed, self leveling mortar in powder form which only required the addition of water, it has excellent adhesive and sets and dries rapidly.MEGA PLANO, consists of a mixture of special cements, selected inert quartz material and synthetic resin in powder from which improve handling and adhesion.MEGA PLANO, dries and hardens rapidly without any special treatment even when applied thickly.ADVANTAGESMEGA PLANO sets, and dries rapidly, may be walked on almost immediately and flooring laid shortly afterwards.Absence of shrinkage and no problems with cracks. Extremely easy and quick to apply.MEGA PLANO is formulated to solve the problem of cement substrate or screed on which various types of flooring are laid such as: tiles, timber, fitted carpet or rubber, often need to be made level to correct imperfections and difference in thickness.APPLICATIONMEGA PLANO is used to prepare the substrates on which the various types or flooring will be laid to make them flat, level and smooth.MEGA PLANO permits self leveling smoothing between 1 – 15 mm and is extremely easy and rapid to apply. DIRECTIONSubstrate preparationSurfaces on which MEGA PLANO is to be applied must be free from dust, grease, oils, ect... Perfectly dry and cured.On existing smooth flooring it is essential to improve the hold by roughening the substrate by grinding.Preparation of the MixSlowly pour MEGA PLANO into a container holding clean water ( approx. 6 liters x 25 kg bag ) and blend using a low speed mixer until a smooth consistency is achieved without lumps .Do not add further water in order to keep the product fluid while in use , otherwise final mechanical resistance could be effected . Mix only the quantity which could be used within 15 –25 minutes. INSTRUCTIONS Do not use the product when temperatures fall below + 5 °C.Do not apply MEGA PLANO externally or on substrates subjected to rising damp.Wash tools with water before the product hardens.Do not add cement to the prepared product. MEGA PLANO will be damaged by damp (store in dry area). COVERAGE 1.4 kg / m2 / mmPACKAGE 25 kg bags.STORAGE 6 months in sealed packs, under suitable storage conditions. SAFETY REGULATIONS While mixing, protect lungs wearing suitable mask. Protect hands and eyes with gloves and goggles.
