Mega Mortar Solid

MEGA MORTAR SOLID is a three components solvent free epoxy resin mortar, two components in a liquid form and one dry component. FIELD OF APPLICATION Repair mortar for concrete structures attacked by chemicals from sea water, salt, exhaust gases, sewage etc…Repair mortar for concrete structures subjected to high static and dynamic loads.Repair in areas with limited shut-down time.Anchors and fixing bolts.SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION Substrate must be sound, dry, clean and free from oil or grease.All loose materials and laitance should be removed.Pour component (B) completely into component (A) and mixing both thoroughly until a fully homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add component C) to epoxy mixture, then mix thoroughly using suitable mixer for 3 minutes prior to application. PACKING 15 kg , 5 kg (three components).STORAGE 6 months in sealed packs, under suitable storage conditions.
