Mega Hard Floor

MEGA HARD FLOOR, consists of hard wearing aggregates selected for their physical properties of abrasion and wear resistance, Portland Cement and special additives to improve workability.ADVANTAGESProvides a hard, abrasion resistant surface.Forms monolithic bond with fresh concrete base. Hard, dense surface resistant to oils and greaseSupplied ready to use - no additives required. Non-metallic aggregate, will not rust when wet. USESWarehouses and storage areas. Parking areas. Work shops and Factories. Concrete roads.METHOD OF APPLICATIONThe base concrete should have a minimum cement content of 300 kg \ m3 with a minimum compressive strength 250 Kg \ cm2.MEGA HARD FLOOR shall be applied to the freshly laid concrete floor at the point where light foot traffic leaves an imprint of about 3 – 4 mm.Distribute MEGA HARD FLOOR in two separate applications over the concrete floor.When the material becomes uniformly dark by absorption of moisture, the surface can be floated.After applying second application a power float should be used to achieve dense smooth surface.Cure with special curing compound as MEGA CURE or by water and polythane sheeting for minimum 3 days.CONSUMPTION3 –5 kg/ m2.PACKAGE 25 kg.STORAGE 6 months in sealed packs, under suitable storage conditions.TECHNICAL SERVICESFor further information, on-site assistance and trails, please contact our technical advisory services.
