MEGA FORM specially formulated blend of mineral oils and selected additives.ADVANTAGESMinimizes surface blemishes and staining, promoting high quality fair – faced concrete. Reduces opportunity of damage to formwork, extending usable life. Ensures easy release, reducing damage and improving efficiency of production. Minimizes cleaning of formwork before re-use. Inhibits corrosion of steel formwork. Suitable for use with all types of formwork. DIRECTION OF USEFor new shuttering no preparation of the surface is necessary. Ensure that shutters are clean before application.For used shuttering, all traces of cement and previously used form oils must be removed.MEGA FORM is applied by brush ,roller sprayer or sponge in the form of uniform thin coatingPrior to concreting.On metal, glass-fiber or any other impervious surface, one coat of MEGA FORM is sufficient.On new plain timber surfaces a further coat of MEGA FORM , should be applied before Placing concrete.CONSUMPTIONBy spray on metal surface or coated timber 45- 60 sq.m \ litter.On timber 15 – 35 sq.m\ litter.
