MEGA DRY QUARTZ is highly resistant, mineral plaster ideal for designing well textured or smooth interior and exterior walls. MEGA DRY QUARTZ offers excellent weather protection and long life, water-repellent and resistant to rain without impairing the moisture-vapor permeability from the inside to the outside. MEGA DRY QUARTZ is available in many pastel colors according to color card and in several grain sizes. It is stable against U.V. and does not change its color. SUBSTRATE Surfaces must be free from dust and dirt. In general, all types of lime-gypsum plaster are suitable as base coat. The plaster must have set, dried and be free from cracks. Plaster on old facades and walls must be checked for solidity.INSTRUCTION OF USEMEGA DRY QUARTZ manually mixing small amounts by means of a stirrer.Stir again quickly after 10 min. add approx. 7.50 liter of pure drinking water.The amount of water indicated serves as reference value, the exact amount of water needed depends on the actual consistency usually applied at the building site.Apply the material according to grain size by means of a stainless steel trowel.When mixing, make sure that machines and tools are clean.After a short drying time (until surface is no longer glossy), rub down the surface by means of a plastic trowel or a plastic structuring board.The resulting texture depends on the technique used (round, horizontal ,vertical movements)Please note: Apply and texture without any interruptions.** Note : We recommend ordering the material required for the object all at once, if possible.
