MEGA BOND based on Styrene Butadiene latex, non toxic, non flammable liquid with wide range of application. USESAdmixture to produce cement slurry for bonding new to old concrete, cement plaster to fair face concrete and cement screed to sub-concrete. Admixture to produce cement mortar for concrete repairs and screed floors.As a sealing agent, dust proof and surface hardener for concrete and plaster surfaces.ADVANTAGES AND USES Improves bond and tensile strength of concrete and mortar. Lower w / c ratio, reduces mixing water and shrinkage. Increases the resistance to chemicals, salts and water penetration.DIRECTION OF USEMEGA BOND SLURRYSurface should be clean, free of dust and all loose particles must be removed. Surface to be moistened by water.Mix MEGA BOND with clean water in the ratio of 1:3 and add it to cement-sand mixture in the ratio of 1:1 to reach to creamy consistency.Using stiff brush to spread the bonding slurry, ensuring to reach the entire surface.MEGA BOND MORTARMix MEGA BOND with clean water in the ratio of 1:3 to 1:5 and add it to the cement-sand mixture in the ratio of 1:3 to reach a workable mortar.Apply MEGA BOND MORTAR on a wet layer of MEGA BOND SLURRY. MEGA BOND SEALER Mix MEGA BOND with clean water in the ratio of 1:3.Apply first coat of diluted MEGA BOND by brush or roller on clean and sound surface.Allow the first coat to dry before applying the second coat of diluted MEGA BOND with water in the ratio of 1: 2.CURINGIn cold weather it is recommended to apply the mortar in the morning and to be wetted after 24 hours during daytime.In hot weather it is recommended to apply the mortar in the evening and to be wetted in the following day and all daytime.
