MEGA BITUMEN RUBBER water based , cold applied bitumen emulsion latex Dries to form a rubber elastic membrane for water proofing of roofs, under ground structures, foundations, water tanks, showers, swimming pools.MEGA BITUMEN RUBBER has up to 900 % expansion properties (depending on film thickness).MEGA BITUMEN RUBBER does not develop any gases which can be hazardous to health during application.MEGA BITUMEN RUBBER is very good adhesive for plastic sheets, Styrofoam, etc... ADVANTAGESCold, clean, and dry application.Economical cost comparing to hot applied bitumen.Can be used on damp surfaces.Protective coating against aggressive salts and chemical in soil and underground water.Good adhering to all surfaces, concrete, steel, wood etc...INSTRUCTIONS OF USESSurface should be clean, free of dust and impurity.Stir well before use and apply primer coat diluted with water at ratio of 1:2.After 3 hours apply subsequent coating ( 2 or 3 coats ) .For subsequent coating it may be diluted with 10 –20 % of water.Thinning should be only with water.
